Application Process Overview:
Applying to our school is simple and straightforward. Interested parents or guardians can obtain an admission form from the school’s front office or download it directly from our website. Once the form is completed, it should be submitted along with the required documents such as a copy of the child’s birth certificate, previous academic records (if applicable), and two passport-sized photographs. Upon submission, the applicant may be invited for an interview or assessment, depending on the grade level.

Admission Confirmation & Next Steps:
After the evaluation process, successful applicants will receive an official admission offer. Parents are then required to complete enrollment by paying the applicable fees and collecting the student’s welcome package, which includes the academic calendar, uniform guidelines, and other key information. We are always available to assist throughout the process and warmly welcome new families into our school community.

Visit our school office to collect an application form or download it from our website.

Complete the Application Form

Fill out the form carefully, providing accurate personal and academic details of the child.

Submit Required Documents

Attach a copy of the child's birth certificate, previous school report (if any), two passport photos, and any medical records if applicable.

Schedule an Interview or Assessment

After submission, the school will contact you to schedule a brief entrance assessment or interview, depending on the grade level.

Receive Admission Decision

You will be notified of the admission outcome via phone call or email within a few days of the assessment.

Confirm Enrollment & Pay Fees

Once offered admission, complete the enrollment process by paying the applicable fees and receiving your welcome pack.

Admissions are open year-round, but spaces are limited, early application is encouraged.

You will need :

  • A Completed Application Form - Available at the front desk or for download from our website.
  • Child’s Birth Certificate & Passport Photos - Two recent passport-sized photographs and a copy of the birth certificate.
  • Previous School Report (If Applicable) - For transfers or upper primary placements, an academic record helps us place your child appropriately.

When To Apply?

Admissions are open throughout the academic year, but we encourage parents to apply as early as possible to secure a spot for their child- especially for entry into key classes such as Nursery One, Primary One, and JHS One. The main intake period begins in May and runs through August ahead of the new academic year in September. Mid-year admissions may be considered based on availability. For transfer students, applications are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
